"A few months ago I had nothing great to say about The Oakley, however as winter has set in and my apartment is livable again I am once again really enjoying my time here. Though I am not pleased with how my summer here went, I do think these apartments are some of the best in the area and I’m hoping to move to a lower floor apartment and renew my lease in the new year."
"I have enjoyed my 18 months here! Buildings 12 and 13 is the best!! It’s nice and quiet. My maintenance requests have always been address very quickly. The gated community is nice because I don’t have to worry about people walking through and stealing my kids bike. The pond is fabulous and the pool is like a resort!"
"Does not answer or return any phone calls and hasn’t resolved a maintenance issue for months. They would rather argue with you than resolve the issue. Generally friendly in the office just bad at communicating so it’s upsetting they would rather argue with you than resolve the issue. Edit in response: When I call the number such as today during your office hours it is not answered so I cannot get a response. When I send a message online it is sent to maintenance then marked as resolved after not entering my apartment to address the issue. I am not trying to cause an issue or argument I just need the amenities you advertise to work properly."
"Absolutely love living here! Nice and quiet. Close to plenty of food and shops. Office staff is very friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond. Having a gated community is a plus. And having curiosity officers on site is such a relief. It's nice to have such a beautiful place to call home!"
