"Truly a one in a kind experience! I just recently moved out of here only a couple months ago, and I already miss it so much! There was something truly special about coming home daily to the dumpster being completely filled, filled trash bags thrown all around it blowing the garbage into your front and back yards, and people's old furniture thrown and left on the property! Thankfully RCPM took appropriate action and threatened to raise everyone's rent and fine the residents living there for pickers leaving their unwanted goods in the area! I think the thing I will miss the most about living here though, is the absolute respect and care that RCPM has for it's residents. The very simple and easy process of having to text/call a variety of different numbers or emailing until you actually ever get a response was fantastic! On top of that, I love the vagueness and liberal use of the term "additional fees" which just means they can charge you whatever they feel like! Lastly, I would like to conclude by saying that I was ever so happy to have forcefully donate my entire security deposit to RCPM after moving out. I know they'll put the $1300+ they took for "touch-up painting/trim cleaning" and "two toilet seats and 3 light bulbs" to great use just like they did before we moved in to an apartment with dents in the wall, wrong color paint used to patch the walls, and the toilet paper holder barely hanging on to the wall. Can't wait to live here again some day!! "
