"These apartments are wonderful to stay in. My boyfriend and I currently live in them. Ms Keyla is so sweet and very quick to respond if we had any questions or issues. The property is clean and all staff is very nice and polite. Water is included in the monthly rent pricing! There are good options to eat around the apartments in a close proximity and it is a quiet area. There are multiple churches, schools, and day cares around the school as well."

"Let us tell all looking for housing at this place. The people managing these apartments before new owners and their new female manager today were a nice place to live but not so with "Pearl". Here's what happen to my wife and I just this pass week. Female new manager "Keyla" took our $50.00 application fee and approved our application the same day this week. She told us there'd be a $400.00 move in fee (1 time), $45.00 application fee plus 1st month's rent. At the time we didn't hear what monthly rent would cost. I gave Ms. Keyla $50.00 cash for application fee and she was going to only charge $395.00 move in fee plus rent at signing of lease. My friend and others living there now only pay $725.00 rent. When it changed over to "Pearl" they raised the rent to $900.00 monthly. We never herd her say rent to be $900.00. When we called Keyla and ask why rent so high she said "None negotiable". I told her that was too much and many would move out. It has no gym, pool nor security. Places around there does. I told her I'd pay $800.00 really wanting to but we would. Keyla said "No"! As we thought it over needing a place to move we told Keyla that we'd go ahead and take it at $900.00. I text her time after time not knowing she'd blocked my number. She had approved us, took our $50.00 application fee and by us only saying it wasn't worth $900.00 she wouldn't even talk with us. OK, you're mad but we agreed to pay your high price. You should return our $50.00! You and owner will lose in the end, watch!"
