"Our family has enjoyed coming to Point William for years. The architecture of the homes is beautiful and highlights the esthetic of the surroundings. The quaint neighborhood is situated on a gorgeous part of Smith Lake and conveniently located just an hour from Birmingham. Nearby Country Mall, Sweatmon’s, and “DG” have everything one needs to host family and friends. We can’t to go back!"
"One of the most unique communities on Smith Lake! About a dozen and a half homes set right on the shore and nestled into the hillsides that blend beautifully into the natural surroundings. Quaint clubhouse and stylish pool surrounded by nice furnishings, which comes into view as you enter the automatic security gate. Not sure what the guy was talking about when he said the "road is terrible" and "houses are falling into the lake"; the road in is a nice gravel/paved mix road that's regularly maintained and leveled. Once inside the gate the entire loop down the hill and around the houses is paved concrete. The guy's claim that "houses are falling into the lake" is baseless and without merit."
"We looked a long time before purchasing here and so glad we landed where we did. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are friendly. The HOA does a good job of staying on top of all issues!"
