"I’ve lived here for 3 years and this is the best apartment complex. Melinda and Breanna are the best! They are very clean and very nice on the inside and out and well taken care of. Never had an issue with neighbors, maintenance or with anything that needs to be fixed. Maintenance is always on top of things and fixes things right away when I call the office."
"I moved here site unseen from Arizona last April. Melinda and Bre went above and beyond to make my transition to Alabama so easy. I would never have survived this move without these two. The community itself is fantastic, well maintained and updated. The maintenance staff is very responsive and have resolved all my requests in a timely manner. I appreciate that they have an on-call for after hour assistance. The community events that they hold every quarter have been well recieve by the other residents. This is a wonderful place to call home."
