For the three years I lived here I had no problems and would still be here if it weren’t for changing my job and relocating."
"It’s not worth your money"
"Lived there for a decade up until 2 years ago. Towards the end it was an absolute nightmare experience. New neighbor moved in, slammed doors till all hours of the night; stood at his door way fully nude, harassed my wife and guests endlessly. Cops would do nothing, land lord would do nothing, in finally snapped and threatened that if something wouldnt be done I'd be with holding rent and I got summary evicted the same day. Blake is a nightmare to deal with, don't waste your time (and money cause you will never get your deposit back) on this place."
