"This is the second time to live here. We took a job out of town for fours years and then decided to retire and our first choice was to move back to Royal Crest. Our power bill on this 3 br average is $70. They are quiet and well built. The maintenance and landscaping crews are excellent. The pool and all the premises are well maintained. We are in the most convenient location the Shoals. Six miles to the mall and main restaurants and four miles to the river/park. The management is always responsive to our needs. We love living at Royal Crest."
"Nice apartments, nice neighbors, should be a nice place to live. Unfortunately it is insanely overpriced and management has their nose stuck in your business constantly. They do an unnecessarily high number of house keeping inspections and when they do, they like to nitpick little things and threaten with cleaning fees and eviction if they aren't fixed to their liking. Many of our neighbors and other people we have spoken that lived there had the same complaints so it isn't just us. Made for a miserable living experience. Would not recommend anyone live here. There are plenty of better, cheaper options within the Shoals area."

"Great place to live... vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile, brand new, beautiful interior and exterior, swimming pool, smoker/grill, outdoor tvs, tanning bed, att u verse compatible, pet and child friendly, great location, quiet, alarm system and cameras, sprinkler system, great staff and maintenance. ... and the list goes on..."
