"Hillary Cunningham PA and her student trainee were amazing. They took the time to get to know me and access my past and present overall health. I feel like they truly care about my health and helping me get better. I am thankful to have found them."

"Hilary Hernandez Cunningham, PA is amazing. She is very thorough, personable, and kind. It's very apparent she cares about her patients. I'm new to Fairhope and was having troubles finding Family care that was accepting new patients. I hesitantly booked an apt with her only because of previous experiences of having to see a PA or an NP instead of a physician and had very bad experiences. I am thankful I found her."

"6’4” tall 285 lbs and this is the toilet they charged our insurance for. I do not fit and it cracks trying to break when I did manage to squeeze into it. The walker is very light weight and small, I barley fit between the handles. Very poor quality products."

"In my 43 years on this earth, worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider. I do not complain much, but the Reception Staff has been rude both times I have visited. There is very little space to park on the property or to even drive through for that matter. They tried to charge me a copay for a 100% covered annual exam. When I asked about this, I was told it needs to be scheduled that way. I know how I scheduled and what I am there for, but I guess they know better than me why I am visiting. It’s time for these offices to remember that we are customers and our business should be appreciated or we can take it elsewhere, which is what My family and I will be doing. As you can see from my review and others if you do your research, this practice has lost its compassion for it’s patients and the willingness to provide good customer service."

"I've been going to Bay Medical Family Practice since Dec 1988. I always felt like I was being cared for and when I married my husband also became patient. I've had cancer twice and several minor surgeries. Even though the family doctors were not the ones to perform the care they were the ones that gave me good direction and were there for my well-being when it was completed. However I recently encountered a life-changing experience that I needed their assistance with. My father-in-law has come to live with us and he's in the early stages of Alzheimer's. To say that it's challenging would be an understatement and it presents situations that I can't even begin to explain or imagine. But prior to him moving here he was 5 1/2 hours away and traveling to take him to the doctors that distance has become expensive and difficult . So I contacted my doctor's because I need help understanding how to deal with it and recommendations for my care but also to get him in and established with a doctor. He was getting low on medication and I need refills I also needed to get him recommendations for neurologist . So I turned to my doctor's and ask for their help Dr. Yonge& Dr. McCullough. I had tried to contact them prior to Christmas holidays but they were not in. I understood that so I waited till after the first of the year and called immediately . I spoke to very nice young lady that explained to me my father-in-law will be considered a new patient and it would take five weeks. I told her I needed help now she said no problem getting me in but not my father-in-law . I asked her to talk to Dr. McCullough and explain the situation to him that I needed to talk to him and he needed to see him to understand my problem and she said she would. He said NO he would have to wait. Of course I was shocked and hurt but I thought okay I'm sure Dr. Yonge will do it for me. So I asked her to ask Dr. Yonge. To my shock and horror he also said NO. I cannot even begin to explain how devastated hurt and let down that I feel now . You trust your doctor sometimes more than the people around you and you expect them to be there when you need him and when he kicks you to the curb it's a feeling that it is unexplainable . I cannot even put into words how heartsick this makes me feel . I feel so alone I don't even hardly know what to do but I'm trying to find someone to help and I'm sure I will but right now I have nothing or no one to turn to that can give me any good advice or help. I have one contact that was my mother's doctor before she passed and I think he's going to help me or at least my father-in-law. But that does nothing for me I can't go back to either Dr. McCullough or Dr. Yonge I no longer trust him. I have no idea at this point what I'll do but I'm writing this to protect anyone else that's looking for family care because you won't get it there."
