"Let me Begin by saying how much I love this doctor and how much he truly has helped me! This Monday, as in 2 days ago, I called to make an appointment and the receptionist asked me when I would like to come in and I told her the sooner she had available. She said okay I have Wednesday available at 1:30. I said okay great that's perfect! So today I show up at 1:30, fill out my paperwork turn it in and go to the restroom. Once I come out of the restroom one of the ladies tells me your appointment isn't until next Wednesday it's not today..... Ummmmmm, EXCUSE ME?? I said well I called Monday and she asked me when I would like to be seen and I told her the earliest possible and she said Wednesday at 1:30. She didn't ever say anything about next week! EVER! So, a very madly grabbed my things from the lobby and walked out. Now I guess me working in customer service basically my entire life I would have never ever allowed this to happen to a customer! I would have never let them walk out and I would have fit them in because it wasn't even busy! I will let Dr M know and I'll also let him know how unprofessional they were at the front desk, blaring music, singing like they're at a concert. They are not the most professional looking ladies by far but good customer service goes a long way and they are lacking that!"

He refused to listen to her medical history and threw her out when she didn't know how to pronounce the medical terms of her previously diagnosed injuries from three years ago at age 15. Horrible experience for a young adult who has a diagnosed and preciously treated injury and is in pain. We were only looking for a PT referral, she was in tears leaving his office."
