"I stayed at Courtyard for 6 months before I had to leave for residency. The property manager, Amber, was incredible in helping me get signed and moved in the week of New Years on very short notice. She went way above my expectations and was a pleasure to work with. The apartment is great to live in and there is plenty of grass outside to let your dog out to potty. Neighbors were pleasant and mostly college students, noise was never a problem. Maintenance was helpful the one time I needed them. Overall I enjoyed living at Courtyard and would choose to live there again if I had to choose."
"The management here is nice, and so is the maintenance crew. The main issue I have is the fact that there is basically no service within the apartment. I can step outside and get one bar, but otherwise I have to use wifi to make calls. There is washer and dryer hookups, a dishwasher, central air, and the option for a gas fireplace in the winter."
