"I agree with the review written by Rita White (whom I have never met). These apartments offer more than other similar ones, especially more space. Sarah, the manager, is a lovely woman who goes above and beyond her duties to be helpful. Maintenance is done by Gil promptly and proficiently. It's quiet and safe here and conveniently located. A great place to live!"
"We love it here. Apartment has more to offer than ones similar. The manager is terrific always does anything and everything to help you. Maintenance is very dependable. Also very safe atmosphere. We have been here a year and have no complaints. Recommend highly."
"The property manager, Sarah, is extremely judgmental. I was denied because my credit score was 2 points too low. I had all of the references and income necessary to rent an apartment here. I have worked in property management and that is NOT how you utilize credit reports for rental purposes. All data provided should be used in tandem and not just one particular piece of information. 2 points one way or the other does not define a person's ability to pay rent. Clearly, she already had someone picked out for that apartment, but took my money anyway and then denied me over 2 points."
"The office manager is extremely rude and very judgmental. She only rents to you if she likes you. I was over qualified for these apartments and was still denied. Sarah, profiled me because of my husband's race. This is unacceptable."
