"Worst place to live I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They don't fix anything my elderly grandmothers floor was raised up going to her bathroom and she falls easily so it made it hard for her, they are rude, and they are suppose to clean the carpets once a month, and when I called about it they ignored me and than told me the carpets looked awful but it is in the contract that they are suppose to clean them and they also raised the rent with out telling me than changed the lease to once a month with out telling me since I help my grandmother, and now they are evicting my elderly grandmother so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone you looking for an apartment to come here"
"Great place to live, right next (a few steps away) to Deibert Park . Maintenance people are quick when needed. Office MGR is extra nice. Apartment units are very clean, large and modern. Thick walls, Very quiet!"
