"I lived here in 2019. Building D has a serious rat infestation that management wouldn’t do anything about. I moved here and my apartment started to smell like a hamster cage and I looked in the attic... please if you have kids RECONSIDER. This place is a health hazard. I took pictures and video and nobody would do anything. I had never been treated this way before. 100% negative experience with every single employee. I was basically trapped in a lease. The pride of stray cats the one lady feeds was the one upside. They were actually pretty cool. All in all.. one of the worst experiences of my entire life"

Our application was easy to submit online and was approved within ten minutes of submission. Work orders are placed and processed very quickly and professionally. "Hensley Graves is the only place I would rent from in the Florence area. We sold our house really quick and I needed an apartment fast. They let me and my friend view a couple in my price range. Found one I liked, it was spacious (which i needed leaving from a big house), the apartment I chose had two bedrooms, nice size kitchen, one bath, and a storage closet outside the balcony. Ive been with Hensley Graves for almost 10 years in the same apartment. Anytime I've ever needed anything fixed they always jumped right on it and they didn't do patch up jobs from what I hear of other apartments. The staff have always been sweet and helpful especially Joann & Ben! If your looking for a place to rent choose Hensley GRAVES.... They make sure that their apartments look nice with landscaping and painting. I lived in quail run the apartments were very quiet despite it being mostly college students (I was one), the area was safe, and their was always a courtesy officer there if their was ever any issues (Hensley made sure that the problem or issues were resolved trust and believe me lol). I really enjoyed my first apartment and I will definitely miss going to the pool everyday!!! If I ever move back to Florence I would rent from them again. I thank them for all they have done for me throughout the years!!!"

"Hensley Graves' Quail Run apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. I have a two year old, so finding somewhere safe and conveniently located close to town is exactly what I needed. I pay my rent inside the office each time and every staff member I encounter is always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance crew is super speedy and efficient and they are also some of the nicest individuals I've ever had come in and are enthusiastic about fixing anything that's wrong. On top of all that the location and scenery around the apartment complex makes me feel secluded and perfectly at home."

"Clean, well-priced properties. The office staff is always so sweet and understanding (which goes a long way for a bumble like me), and the maintenance crew is there when you need them. I've lived in two of their complexes and have enjoyed them both. Each time I'd passed Georgetown prior to living there, I thought about how pleasant it looked. It lives up to its expectation and is a beautiful neighborhood. I am thrilled that I was able to snag one of the apartments there!"
