"we have lived here for two years, and maintenance always comes within a day or two of being called, it is overall a pretty quiet area with friendly neighbors. our apartment is very spacious! we have loved it here. the only downside is the carpets!"
"Lived here over a year, great place to be, had to call maintenance a couple times and they always arrive quickly even for non pressing issues. Landlords are great, beautiful area."
"I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews but I feel obligated to in this instance. I have had a friend have to spend the night with me for months because her upstairs neighbors are so loud in the middle of the night and after many noise complaints the landlords will still not do anything. So I guess live on the top floor if you want to live at these apartments because you can hear a literal pen drop because I have witnessed it."
