"Chuck sold us a policy without explaining it had a one year commitment. He also failed to file a claim on our behalf for a claim that happened in May of 2022. Eventually filed it the middle of September 2022. When the adjustor called he asked while we waited so long to file our claim. We explained we filed it the day it happened and kept getting lip service by our so called agent. Would never recommend this agent for anything and we have been customers for over 20+ years!."
