After the first meeting though, we only got one call back about an update on a quote, which took a few days and we had to call once to make sure we’d be getting a call. We tried calling back a few more times to discuss more and the receptionist said she’d leave a message and we’d get a call back. We never received a call back. Very disappointed in customer service as we were very interested in potentially switching over."
