"Front desk was very nice & courteous. Nursing staff is one of the absolute worst I’ve ever seen! Brought my husband in for a severe migraine & the nurse triaging him had the nerve to ask if he had any weapons & wanted to harm them?!?! What in the world kind of question is that & what in the world does that have to do with treating his migraine?! Needless to say we walked out after that. No compassion, empathy or help for hurting people! Isn’t that why y’all are there??"

"My wife had abdominal pain. Went to ER with few people in front of us. She was triaged quickly, but about an hour later she was triaged again. Five and a half hours later, we finally got a doctor. After blood test, CT scan and sonogram, they said nothing abnormal and 10 1/2 hours later, sent us home. My wife still is in pain, and found out today through the medical portal that she has an infection. Do NOT waste your time here. I would give 0 stars but Google makes you give at least 1 star. AND I don’t want to see your lame response about your sorry if I feel we didn’t get good care. Spend time in your ER, watch your doctors, fix this serious problem."

"Was seen quickly for a respiratory issue that I believed to be chronic bronchitis. They swabbed for covid and streptococcus, and took my temperature in triage. All tests were negative, but temp was 102. After triage, got a room. All went quick. In the room, they said they were going to give me some medicine, a steroid and an anti cough to help me out. They said my left arm might be sore the next day. Well, as a truck driver I made a point to insure that it was DOT approved because safety is my priority. They confirmed it was fine. 36 hrs later and now I am so weak I can't climb in and out of my truck without assistance. There was no discussion about not driving until I know how the medicine would impact me. I now am going to need medical assistance to get out of my truck safely and find out what the hell is going on with me. I know this, I'll never come to this facility again. Just putting medicine in bodies is not health care; and not warning of potential side effects doesn't leave an educated patient. If I had suffered any of the other list of side effects of these medications are documented for, I could have wrecked or killed someone and this place would be sued for malpractice. Tl:DR AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE."

"I am extremely thankful that this Emergency care is here. I do realize this is not a full fledge hospital and that this location does have limitations, but in an emergency situation they can(and do) make you comfortable during transport to a fully functioning hospital while the diagnostic imaging they provide is already preparing the doctors at the hospital you’re being transported to. The facility is always immaculately clean, the staff is always professional and polite, and every time I have needed to use their services, there has never been any wait times. Thank you for always taking the very best care of myself and my family. We greatly appreciate all the help you provide to us and our surrounding community!"
