"Told them all the symptoms I had and they never offered any tests. Just diagnosed me with allergy problems and sent me home with otc meds that didn’t work. Did an at-home test the next day to ease my mind. Positive for COVID, so no wonder their prescribed meds did no good! Seems like their goal is to get people in and out of there as quickly as they can. What a waste of a copay and allergy meds!"

"A great experience!!!Since I have been with family members who tested positive the afternoon before and having some symptoms that could be Covid related decided to get tested. I had been keeping my 4 year old granddaughter; so she was with me. She was impatient and acting beyond her year with comments like what’s taking so long loudly; even on the Eve of Christmas Eve. The Saraland office staff, nurse and doctor were very friendly, polite and patient with us. Thanks to all!!!"
