"Dr. Shassberger was amazing. He explained everything to the tee and showed all concerns. He listened to everything I was telling him and did what was best for me. His nurse Alisha was the absolute sweetest and made me feel comfortable from the very start. Kristy at the check out made it so easy to get everything taking care and is always so happy! I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you valley women's crew for a great experience!"

"I have had the greatest experience with Valley Women Center!!! All the nurses were great and so was the front staff. I absolutely love the Provider I seen and his nurses was the sweetest. This was my first visit and I have recommend several people to come to this office and experience the great hospitality that this clinic has."

"Dr. Shassberger, is a heaven sent doctor, on the first appointment he listened to my concerns. And jumped right away into action to see what kept causing me to have lower right pain. Turns out I have endometriosis. A total hysterectomy was what was best in my situation, and he walked me through everything. What really touched my heart was the fact that he asked me “can I say a-prayer with you?” Right before my surgery. And he held my hand while, I was getting put under anesthesia. And I just remember him saying you are in good hands. I spent a night in the hospital. And the next morning, he went to go check on me. And shout out to Mrs. Christy the front desk lady. She is so kind and sweet! And her “have a nice day baby” makes my day!! Over all the entire staff is super friendly. I recommend this office to anyone, whether you want to start a family or closing down the baby factory."

"The front desk is awful if you ever want to get a hold of them calling is not the answer! They have no answering machine that tells you their hours and when/if the go to lunch. You can’t call to make an appointment or if you are pregnant and have questions you’re screwed! And don’t forget when you do actually get a hold of someone on the phone they are extremely rude and do not return phone when you are told they will. I hate that this place is the only main OB office in Athens!! Absolutely ridiculous!!"

"This was my first visit at Valley Women's Center and I must say it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The staff members were incredibly kind, they took their time with me to answer my questions, and to help me feel comfortable. The nurse practitioner was knowledge; I never felt rushed or like I was just a number. Shout-out to Whitney, the receptionist, for being SO personable and friendly to not only me but other patients as well. I recommend!"
