"The staff is horrible! And the Viaja doesn’t do her best to figure out the cause of your illness. They want you think you’re the crazy one. I would never go back or refer my family nor friends there."

"I saw this doctor as a new patient in September a month ago and he treated my disability without incident; however, while displaying symptoms he consistent with my disability he stated he was unable to do anything without medical records. The only difference between this time is I was not visibly disabled. The refusal worsened my anxiety and he recommended I just go to a psych ward. I am not at risk. This was common anxiety. When I attempted to me his request, I was told Alabama law wouldn’t allow me to return to work after a seizure in six months regardless of no undue hardship to employers with my accommodations. My reason stated upon making the appointment was disability accommodation and release and anxiety. Yes. He kept the physician fee despite a sudden inability to repeat previous treatment when I was visibly disabled. Disabilities are not the problem. There is a reason health care in Alabama is ranked what is."

"Terrible is an understatement. Absolutely zero respect for the time of patients/service seekers! Designated "civil surgeon" by the uscis? Haha that's a joke. Nurses or the doctor doesn't even know the procedures/evaluations to be performed. Oh well, they are all in this for the money after all. (Cash only) Update after 2 hours:- Misplaced the report send from the Radiologist's office. Yay. 30 minutes later, nurse is getting the packet "ready". Makes me want to pay them with Monopoly money."
