"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've sit in this office this morning, from opening until 10:30 a.m. I assume they only have 1 person who can see patients & that 1 person hasn't showed up yet. Think they may need to hire some others or just shut it down! When you're sick you don't want to wait forever. I would been better off going to the ER & waiting. The office staff deserves a big raise because they are the ones who have to hear us all complain. I won't ever go back their & this was my first time going there. I bet 20 people came & went while I was there."

"The people were so nice and I feel like they truly cared about my injury. I've used them before and check in was easy, and they walked me out. Very pleased."

"I held a spot through the website. I was notified they were running behind which was nice I was made notified. The wait wasn't too bad. Every single staff member from check in to the person who walked me out were extremely nice the entire time. I know that has to be hard for them this time of year seeing 80+ patients a day. I appreciated their kindness and attentiveness."

"The office and staff were very helpful friendly, and clean. There was a longer wait this time, but it's that time of the year. Everyone is sick , I have been to that clinic before and I will go back."

"Honestly this was the worst place I have been to in a long time. The wait is ridiculous and the run around I had to just get a physical and a TB test done was absurd. I literally went in to get a TB test and physical done for my job. Getting my TB test was good the nurse was super nice. She told me to come back and they would fill out my paper for me. I then returned two days later 8:00 AM to be told that I needed a physical for 75$. I understand needing the physical part but where in the world did 75$ come from. I had already paid 30$ for my TB test. He then told me that it was going to be a 3 hour wait. I opted to come back on Monday again at 8:00 AM. I walked in and signed in At the front desk knowing I would need a physical. I got a code sent to my phone with more paperwork. I had filled the paperwork out two days prior so I thought I was okay when it came to that stuff because it was asking for insurance and stuff again. When people started being called ahead of me when I knew I was there before them I went and asked an ETA on me going back for my simple physical. The lady the. Says I didn’t fill out the paperwork. But I already signed in at the front desk. There was then 10 people ahead of me. The front desk lady then says it’s my fault that that many people are ahead of me now. (I do take responsibility for not filling out the paperwork online) but they should have told me that I needed to AGAIN for the second time in two days. (It was my first time to this place. The lady was rude. I was there for a simple physical. Never in my life have I had this much trouble for a few physical or TB test. I will not be back!"
