"This office was recommended to me by a local Tradebank member as they accept trade dollars. It was good until I had a problem with a medical procedure I had done at Sports Med in Huntsville that put me down for nearly a year. At first it seemed like they were trying to help but later I discovered from their records they not only didn’t really care about my health but even entered into my record that I am crazy and my problem is all in my head “worried well patient”. On some days I could barely walk in and talk, and they recorded – “ Patient is doing well” They even bungled several simple IVs on me and laughed when I complained about it. Then they said they will only take 50% trade bank dollars for IVs, and the last time I went to them they said they would take only 100 dollars from a total $400 bill. Apparently they choose who they trade with and who not. My illness was later treated at Duke medical center in North Carolina and I am well on my way to recovery. Twilight clinic actually seemed unhappy at my recovery except for one young woman working there. They refused to give me a copy of my medical records until I paid a 15 dollar fee after I paid them over 1k in cash and they always had my card, and it’s them who didn’t charge enough, which is illegal. A local neurologist wanted them to refer me to a specialist in Birmingham and they refused to grant it, knowing that insurance requires referrals in order to be paid. Not trusted."

"This Medical facility is absolutely top notch. My daughter lives in England and was home for three weeks. She developed a severe infection and has no US health insurance. We took her to Twilight knowing we would have a big bill but knowing we had to get her well. The staff was wonderful with her. They did a little "minor surgery" to clean out the infection and saw her two more times to repack the wound. They even came in on a day they were closed to make sure it wasn't getting infected. And their charges were very reasonable. It's obvious that this clinic exists to bless others with excellent health care in the best way they possibly can. I have seen them a few times as well and I alway receive excellent care. The whole staff is wonderful. I fully recommend them and I won't use anyone else for my family's urgent care needs."
