"I do not give it a star at all because for one I hate the changes they have made. Who ever heard of charging you a fee if you do not have your own receipt when you can clearly use the customers ID to look them up in the system. To me that is just being money hungry, and this is the only pawn shop that charge for a freaking paper if you do not have it. Then they put in an ATM inside the store, but with the prices they are charging everyone I see why they did it. I put my laptop in there and was told that in order to get it out I had to pay a certain amount, but then I get up there to get it back out I was charged almost $100 more than what I was told which was the price on the paper. I will never go back there again. I miss the workers that use to be there the original workers before the store was taken over by whoever has it now. They will not be in business long up there. SMDH!!!!!!!!!"
"Changed price of an item I attempted to purchase, by comparing to another business' price. I objected, because they had a price fixed on their label. So I refused to purchase The lady manager smarted off at me with a foul attitude. I promised to tell my friends."
"I would not give them that, because they didn’t deserve it. The guy was an imbecile, and knew nothing about diamonds. Took it home cleaned it, and now it’s just as brilliant as the others. What a clueless man, that does not need to be in that position. He actually thought wiping it could clean. Again clueless...."
"It's been a while since I've been in here, but this pawn shop has the best selection of jewelry in town. I bought a ring here a long time ago. They can size it for you, and they will also provide an appraisal. It was a great piece of jewelry and they had a lot more in stock. Why buy anything retail when you can get it here for half the price?"
"This is the only Quik Pawn Shop I deal with in Montgomery, Alabama. I love Mr. Richard and KITA to death. They are the only employees that I do business with in the store. I call to see if they are working, because the other employees are confused when they aren't there and the wait be extremely long. Love you guys KITA and Mr. Richard. See you soon."
