"The customer service is H O R R I B L E! I would not recommend anyone at all. ALL of the employees were playing behind the counter. Taking long to pass out food. From the time I walked in I sat and watched 3 customers have to wait more than 40 mins to get their food. A customer received their food before me that came after me. The cook was getting smart with the people handling passing out the food. Once received food the same cook who was getting smart was playing so much she forgot to cook my other meat.. Three of the employees were just walking back and forth not doing anything. I had to wait almost an HOUR & 30 minutes for a ALL START MEAL. VERY DISSATISFIED."

"My experience was very disappointing at the Carmichael Road Waffle House. First of all, the on-line ordering is not detailed enough so I had to order extra items in an effort to receive the items I wanted. Secondly, upon pick up, the order was completely incorrect. Due to the fact that they have no onsite phone, I had to drive back to the location to address the issues. By the time I returned, to the store, naturally the food was cold and no longer fit to eat. I initially approached the staff pleasantly, understanding that mistakes do happen. However, the response was nothing but aggregation, exasperation and rudeness. I simply asked that due to the fact that the order was incorrectly completed, the entire order be recooked because it was now cold. I was basically laughed at and told that would not happed. I was informed that the temperature of my food was not on them. I explained that it certainly was because had the order been correct originally, I could have eaten it warm when I got home with no problem, but having to drive back presented a problem even with the few items that were initially right. I tried explaining that a little customer service, courtesy and politeness didn’t cost a thing, but the ugliness continued like a game. I ended up demanding a credit on my card and leaving with no food at all. Basically, my advice to readers is to save yourselves some time and frustration, as there are much more professional Waffle House’s to choose from near by. I hope this post helps. I sure wish I’d seen it before I tried to do business with them. Merry Christmas."

"There are FIVE reliable restaurants in Montgomery and this Waffle House is one of them. I told my coworker at work today my son wanted to go here for dinner, and without telling her the location she said the Carmichael location is the good one in town and I agreed. Crew is nice. They know the community. The man on the grill is fun. You can tell he's protective of his shop and it's good name. I've not gotten sick eating here. Service is clean and reliable. This location of Waffle House is reliable and in Montgomery that means something."

"The food was alright. I took some good photos of our food though. If you order the Steak and eggs, always order your cook temperature less than usual, because the Steak is thin and they always end up over cooking it. I was also surprised that their wasn't a manager on shift this night. I didn't know the cooks and servers be running the restaurant by themselves overnight."
