"Horrible experience at the Conn's on the Eastern Bypass in Montgomery. Sales associates are apparently misinformed regarding store policies about purchases and returns. PLEASE!! get a really good understanding before purchasing the "Extended Warranty" that seemingly the associates get a bonus for how many they can sell customers. In my opinion it's a rip ;off...thumbs down. Very poor customer service; I sat in the store for three hours waiting for an issue to be resolved.. No customer wants to sit in a store and be ignored while the "sales associate" is on the phone pretending to be resolving the issue. Where is the STORE MANAGER?? Furniture and appliances are poor quality. I would not waste my hard earned dollars there anymore. Lesson learned."
"5 Stars for the Manhattan Conn’s The atmosphere was really nice… All the staff were friendly and welcomed me each time I visited the Manhattan Conn’s Store. My Salesperson Nick is a Rockstar!!
