"I purchased 4 tickets to National Championship game between Alabama and Georgia on the fifty yard line on 1/4/18, seats 1-4 on row 31, then on 1/5/18 four seats next to the one I purchased and 4 seats 5-8 were left at a higher price than the original seats I purchased. I had a need for 2 more seats so I purchased 2 more seats and specified 5-6. After my purchase I received seats 7-8. I called Ticket Master and the man was rude and said I did not have a choice I got what they decided within the range. My first time and last time to ever purchase anything from Ticketmaster. I have used Stub-hub and Vivid and others and never had this kind of problem. This was important to me since I was purchasing these for my grandchildren."
