"I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure that expires on July 13th and can't make contact through phone call, email or Schedulicity app for an appointment! I finally went to the shop to talk one on one and she asked me for my email address. She had customers and could not talk long. The next day I got an email saying she couldn't take me until Aug. 1st and left me with no appointment time and I still can't get in touch with her. Be very careful if you purchase a Groupon from A Better Place."
