"I will never come back. I paid $200 for nails and pedicure. She didn't do my cuticles before doing my nails. She rushed in doing my nails. They have been popping off as if just glued on. I got them done just two weeks ago and pretty much just my thumbs are left and one pinky. I work from home so I don't do strenuous work to make them come off easily. From how my nails have popped off you can't even tell there was dip at all. My toes have already chipped, I just got plain white. The pedicure was rushed and she made it clear she wasn't have a good time. Do NOT waste your money here."
"They are next door to my current home, so convenience played a factor on me going there the first time, but definitely it is not what kept me going. I do my appointments around my lunch time, and they make sure all the services I need are done within the time I have available. Definitely they got themselves a loyal client."

"I've been going to zen for a year now. It's my favorite place to get my nails done. I've been to Connie and Eric both great at conversation and nails. But Alice has been my girl since last July, she is so sweet, detail oriented and caring! She's a great nail tech and human! Every employee at zen has been nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend! I recommend making an appointment and try to find a nail tech that works for you. You should have no problem! They are typically able to get you last minute appointment for minor flaws or breakage I got my nails done an hour before taking the photo. They are so cute, thank you Alice!"
"I want to say how amazing Alice is. I’ve been so impressed by her at Zen Nails. She is not only friendly and easy to talk to but also meticulous in her craft. I come to her for dip powder regularly, and gel manicures a few times a year (they last forever, perfect for low maintenance!). Usually I get a solid color dip, but have now tried a dip French tip (black) with a little black heart on each ring finger nail. I love it and am so impressed with how it turned out. I recommend marking an appointment."
