"This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Every person I interacted with was excellent and the customer service was top notch. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The only thing I would like to see improve is for the air conditioning to work better, but that’s not a big deal at all especially because everything else was excellent. The breakfast also had a great selection and was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will do it again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Very clean & comfy hotel. This was a nice stay even though we did get to get breakfast because we need to leave out early. The hotel staff always great and the general grounds it just clean everywhere. The room was a nice enough size for 6 people to sleep & maneuver around. I like how they chose dove soap for the bathroom & a Keurig coffee maker in. The room for easy use. Clean rooms with cold AC."
"Stay away if possible from this hotel! The regional Manager April is unprofessional and a liar! This has to be the worst experience ever with IHG and probably my last. I booked and paid for a room the first week of September at this location via the Reservation Desk ( third party). When I arrived for check-in, the front desk charged me also, which means I was charged a second time. Once I realized the issue, I called the manager, April, who is absolutely unprofessional and rude! This manager wouldn't even grant me the opportunity to fully explain the issue. She kept interrupting me. When I asked for her supervisor, she refused to give me that information. She stated she would call me back after looking into it. She never called me back. I had to call her back. She stated she would reimburse my card and apply 5,000 bonus points for my inconvenience. April went on to document that my card was reimbursed and that she applied the bonus points due to my inconvenience. I found out after calling several times, due to never receiving my refund, as promised that she added these notes, which was a total lie.. I've called the IHG manager line, and no one has helped me. I've been calling for over two weeks. They even questioned whether I had already used the 5,000 that April lied about applying. I mean, the situation has been hell! This is unacceptable! IHG is unprofessional beyond words, and escalating complaints are pointless. For them to have competition such as Hilton or Sheraton and to treat their customers as such is wrong. Each time I call to ask for an update, April is nasty to me. She has never called me back during this whole ordeal; I've been calling asking about status, and each time, she pushes the date back. To date, I have not received my refund or points. I travel often for work, and I've shared my experience with all of my colleagues. Never again! 9/26/2023 Update: As you can see, April has replied. She denied nothing because my details were factual. Still no refund! No mention of a refund. She made sure to comment on this public platform but never returned one call throughout this whole ordeal, as GM. Why has there been no follow-up? It does not take a bank a month to process a return. IHG needs to look into how she handled this because if this was done to me by her, clearly others are experiencing the same. I will continue to update until I receive my money or action is taken. 9/28/2023: Update, just called the hotel, still no refund, and April continues to be rude. According to her, my refund was processed on September 6th. Will be writing a letter to the president of the company and contacting my bank."
