"My brother’s recent visit to Smoke Club in Birmingham, AL left him with a deeply unsatisfactory impression. Regrettably, his experience was marred by an unfortunate encounter with racism within the store. It is disheartening and unacceptable that in this day and age, any establishment would allow such behavior to persist. From the moment he entered, he sensed an unwelcoming atmosphere that only intensified as he interacted with the staff. The discriminatory treatment he faced was both hurtful and completely uncalled for. It is disappointing to see a business fail to prioritize inclusivity and respect for all customers. They are on the list of Customer Service being given at its utmost high. The Epitome of how services should be rendered. The SMOKE CLUB is one club that I'm willing to party at each day of the week.
