"Extremely disappointing. Make sure you pay attention to what they put in the bag, as they obviously aren’t themselves. Then they’ll blame being busy for their poor customer service. Don’t bother going here. 3 people can’t handle the job of 1 person. Absolutely shocked. If you go to pick a bowl up, and they tell you to not, “we have them pre wrapped in the back” just ignore them and bring the bowl to the counter. Otherwise you may just leave without one and then get brushed off like it’s not a big deal. Rebuttal to owner’s response: you did not in any way make it right. You told me to just come get one. And the tone you used was as if it wasn’t a big deal to have me drive back to your store. I’ve been to ALOT of different shops. You are the first to not include a bowl piece with your piece. That’s crazy, they’re cheap af. I stand by my review, and even more so after your atrocious response. No accountability. YOU have a WONDERFUL day :)"
