"Normally a good experience. But today at 2:00 p.m. I went in the store and the girl working treated me like I was stupid ( huffing and puffing, eye rolling, and she even at one point began to talk louder so I guess that would magically make me know what to choose) because I didn't know EXACTLY which coil I normally get. I didn't know exactly which one because the people who usually work know what I need when I ask because they've all helped me before. I just turned around and walked out because I won't be spending money somewhere I am treated poorly. It's not a good look for your store and I recommend teaching her some customer service skills."
