"The absolute best of the best! From the time you check in to checking out the entire staff are friendly and kind. Dr. Wiggins is great. We couldn’t have made it through this difficult journey without him and his team."

"In the beginning the doctor was wonderful and the office staff was so sweet and kind every time we went in. It was just a remarkable experience! BUT Overtime it just started going downhill the receptionist is super unprofessional and very rude, any problems we had whether it be with insurance, not confirming an appointment and then not giving you a reasonable time to respond they would just reschedule like seriously if we did not cancel our appointment that obviously means we still want our appointment! Also their patient portal is a joke, their voicemail/messaging system is a joke, they never call back, they never message back! If we had any concerns or if life just happened it was not taken inconsideration! Like I said it was great in the beginning wonderful absolutely wonderful even but over time if you have any issues whatsoever they are very very rude and don't care about you or your children they are very quick to judge and throw you under the bus and to get you out of there even push! I don't know why they have to be so snobby to you like they're better than you. Like look here Missy you put your pants on the same way I do! So I just had enough of the rudeness and never having my messages acknowledged or ever being called back so I told them I am transferring everything to our primary for our refills and check ups when needed and they threatened us with if we did that we would never be able to see them again! I am happy to write this months later saying we are stress free from this place from going out of our way a 30 minute travel if not longer, to not having our calls returned, or messages replied to or acknowledged, the rudeness oh Lord the rudeness it has just been wonderful to be somewhere more comfortable! We are very happy and comfortable where we are at with our doctor prescribing the medication and for check ups when needed! Although we are very blessed for them diagnosing our child with Autism and ADHD when we were desperate to find answers! But you cannot treat people the way they treated us and expect us to continue to stay with them!"

"Really disappointed in how the last talked to me over the phone! She was very sarcastic explaining to me that they receive numerous voicemails throughout the week from parents. I totally understand that they are busy but could’ve talked to me in a different way. Also, they had my sons referral for 12-13 business days and no one bothered to call till I called my son’s pediatrician office today which I might add is the ONLY reason she called just to tell me sarcastically why they haven’t called. What’s even more infuriating is that the lady told the referral nurse that they didn’t have it but told me over the phone that they did and in a text message that they had it the day before."

"We had a very good initial visit at Eastern Shore Developmental Clinic. They were very attentive to my child and really trying to understand who he is and what is going on with him. The toys they had in the room were very engaging and age appropriate."
