"Placed an online order, called them after hour and half after it said it had been out for delivery. After a long phone call trying to track my order, they told me they had no idea why it had not been delivered and said they’d remake it and send it out. I spoke with their manager Angel and said I’d like to remove the tip since no compensation was offered for it being late. She ended up arguing with me over my decision, which lead to me canceling the whole order. Took another 5 minutes on the phone with her to do that. Poor customer service Look what showed up in my driveway this morning. My pepperoni pizza. Thank you Pizza Hut!"
"We ordered 2 pizzas from here and both were less than desirable. 1) BBQ Chicken and Onion PAN Crust - This was NOT a pan pizza crust. Not enough sauce. The bread was hard/burnt. 2) Sausage and Cheese Original Crust - This pizza was also burnt/hard crust. There was to much sauce on this pizza for the amount of cheese and sausage. Sadly this was not an experience I'm willing to take/try again. #verydisappointed"
