"The pharmacy said they could not fill my prescription in 2 hours before they close. When I called the next day to make sure it was ready to pick up, they said they didn’t know the doctor (it is on the script) and now it wouldn’t be ready until 11:30. The Target cvs gets me my medication in 10 minutes. Don’t know why it has to take this cvs 24 hours."
"I went to the pharmacy counter to ask a question about medicine for my granddaughter. As I stood at the counter, the Pharmacy Tech (written on her white t-shirt) yelled from half way across the Pharmacy area ( close to where the prescribed medications are kept), "what's up?" I politely responded, "Is that how we greet customers now?" She responded with indignation as she rolled her neck, "yeah!" Without saying another word, I turned and walked out of the store. How unprofessional. No wonder CVS is shedding stores."
"I’ve never used the pharmacy, but I’ve come into the store so many times and I’m pretty sure it’s the manager (guy in maybe his 30s) is always running around helping people, and doing everything himself. He’s very attentive and will come right up to you if he sees you having a problem. I couldn’t get my coupons to work today and he didn’t hesitate to come over and fix it. Extremely polite, wish there were more people like this. Thank you sir."
