"This hands down the most AWFUL place to go. When I arrived it was dead empty but they still took my entire lunch break to get me back. I only requested a tetanus shot. I never saw a Dr orwent into an exam room. I was told by front office as self pay thr shot only & not to see a provider is $45. However a month later they debited my bank for $175!! With zero notification. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told that they told me the incorrect price at day of service & kept my card on file . So because they don't know their own charges they can just go back & charge extra as they please.. sketchy & wrong. I left a message with their corporate office & never got a call back. Zero customer service skills, zero knowledge of their own practice, & obviously will steal money from you without your knowledge or approval."
"This is the best urgent care in the Baldwin County area. They were friendly, caring, efficient, and professional. Check-in, vitals, chest x-ray, COVID & flu tested, and out in under an hour. The NP and all of her staff were warm and wonderful!!"
"They did an awesome job in a very short time. My chest was feeling filled up and my wife said I had to go! No options. Well it turns out I have pneumonia. And a very good case of it. They quickly determined the course of action. A few shots and a slew of medications and if I follow their directions o will be fine. I am confident in their remedy and will follow it to the T. Thank you so much."

I have been to this clinic several times before and have always been happy with the experience and outcome. All of the staff with whom I interacted were very nice, professional and obviously knew what they were doing. I will not hesitate to come back if need be."
"The provider (nurse practitioner) I saw listened so patiently and was very kind and empathetic. He made me feel like my concerns were heard. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. I had a very short wait and it was efficiently run. The treatment plan I was given was thoughtful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will go back if I need care in the future."
