"Place was just so disorganized with people throwing things everywhere. Most things were junk with crazy prices. No employee could help me figure out how much I have on my gift card. Took forever to even get help."
"This place is decent, lots of hidden gems. It seems like they change the bins every hour on the hour so be very quick & don't take your time because someone may run to what you wanted 1st! It's basically a job, it'd be wise to make a list of things you want & come with a crew. Literally got a cart full of merch cost less than $50"
"They have rearranged the bins. I love it. The treasures are waiting in the bins. So many things to see. The downside is special pricing on heavy items is a little too high now. The other outlet locations price heavy items cheaper. The furniture, appliances and bikes are affordable. They have rotations so new items too a few times a day. Just stay back the customers can get rough over the bins. They run and make it stressful on the workers. For saftey they ask to stand behind yellow lins, keep hands out until all are in place. Many try and take out things still. The workers here have to have patience to deal with the madness."
"After a price adjustment for a heavy item they still wanted to charge me $31 for a small side table, which was missing parts, that was in the bins. You can buy side tables outside the bins for $2-$5??? When I brought that up, Joyce's (the manager) response was "and that's fine". No thanks. I'll stick to the one in Clarksville where they fairly reprice items weighing over 20lbs. Cashier was nice though."
"Great prices, decent quality, and the outlet store behind this store has huge bins of products you can purchase for under $2 per pound (but you have to dig to find the bargains). I got a pair of nice sleep pants and HDMI cable at the main store and a knit jacket and shorts at the outlet store and paid under $7 for all of that. If you don't mind spending the time, you are sure to find a bargain here."
