"A lady I assume was a manager with big eyes got smart with a customer because she asked if they had another cashier that could open up due to the line being extremely long. Lady without name tag on evening shift heavy set told the other customer everyone could wait and she would close store and not ring customers up. She was very unprofessional and continued to argue with customer even went out door behind her. She needs to be fired immediately. I won't be going back to this location after I witnessed the unprofessionalism of the employee. I give this location zero stars if I could."
"They always only have one register open no matter how busy or crowded the store is and a lot of times don't have items available, then you never know if they will be open, due to no evening staff"
"At first, I thought one of the cashier girls call the police on me because I was sitting outside in my car until the open up at 8. I had got there @ 7:51a.m. the police officer came look at the front of my car.. Not knowing he came there until they open up too. But after all, the cashier girls was very nice. Speak to every customer that comes in the store. Great customer service on how to handle each and everyone of us. Didn't get her or their name..."
"It's a small store doesn't have a huge selection of products, but has your basic necessities plus a little more. Had to make a quick stop to pick up a couple things. The 2 ladies working were so nice. I had my 4 year old son with me and as we were checking out he suddenly needed to go to the bathroom. The cashier was super sweet & understanding. She quickly pointed us to the bathroom and held my things so I could take care of my son."
"As a customer from out of town I was HIGHLY DISGUSTED!!! My aunt and I walked into this establishment without greeting and acknowledgement. And when it came to check out the cashier wasn't even polite. She talked all over us and didn't even thank us for our patronage. If you feel like customer service isn't a service you want to provide; then do us all a favor and find another field to put your talents to use. People don't work hard to spend their money with nasty people! And especially not on Thanksgiving!!!"
