"The sign outside says Hoover Food Mart but the bill is paid to Blue Pacific? Interesting! Setting that aside, the food is excellent. Service is quick and friendly. As far as decor and atmosphere - well there really isn't any but don't let that hold you back. The place is usually packed during operating hours - a testiment to the quality of the cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for casual dining."
