"Be very careful if you shop here. I purchased 2 recliners and spent hours in the store choosing fabric to cover the chairs. I was told that I would have to wait 6 weeks if I chose different fabric from the “ standard” white that was on the floor model. I was told I would get them faster if I see the standard, which I did not want. It was 6 weeks before they were ready and when we got them it was not the fabric I chose. It was the “standard” fabric. The manager finally agreed to let us keep the wrong chairs until the correct ones arrived (because we had given out old chairs away making room for the new the night before we were able to get the new chairs and had no chairs to sit in) but we would have to pay for the higher cost of the new fabric and were threatened that if anything was off in the chairs we kept when they came to get them, we would have to pay full price for them too. We were told that we were paying for the new fabric when we first bought the chairs. Of course, it is all model numbers and fabric numbers so when you sign the multi page contract you can’t tell what fabric is on the contract. They throw so many numbers at you that it is impossible to know what you are signing. I believe the sales person made a mistake but the manager should have gone over and above to make it right. I would not shop here."

"This store was fabulous and Fanny is fantastic! She helped us find what we were looking for , even though at first we weren’t going to buy there because we found out they wouldn’t ship to SC (from AL). She did such a great job we decided to buy and transport the furniture to SC ourselves!"

"We were greeted as we entered the store by Melissa Carter. We explained what we were looking for and she directed us to that section. She answered questions but also allowed us to look around and sit on different sofas and loveseats. She was very personable and easy to work with. She made our shopping and purchase a very enjoyable experience. There was another salesperson there who was also very friendly but I did not get her name."

"I’m disappointed in the quality of the couch I purchased. The leather is puckering which is a manufacturer defect and the couch isn’t level across the top and bottom. They have sent service out twice and the gentleman asked if I wanted to keep the first middle section he replaced because the replacement piece made it look worse. I have called the service department, visited the store, and called their care line without any communication. The love seat that matches this is delivering on Friday due to the fact we paid cash I guess it is mine so I hope it looks better than the couch. We ordered in November of 2020 and the couch looks wore out and old. My sales rep Helen is awesome but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. She won’t return calls or emails so that is a reflection of Lazy Boy and how take care of customers and conduct business. The last two pictures are of the floor model in the store. I will make sure to tell anyone who is purchasing furniture my story."
