"Terrible place. Very unorganized. Mixed my tickets with another guest. The older woman who works the admission booth customer service is horrendous. I don’t know if she forgets the transactions she does but will argue you down If she’s wrong. New management needed ASAP!"
"This place has gone downhill big time in the last few years. All the amenities are gone. Good luck trying to bring your own skates. Pretty much forced into getting rentals with new policies. There are a bunch of rinks in Birmingham, choose literally any other one."
"Emily and another unnamed employee were rude to a bunch of children. The unnamed person wasn't wearing a name tag. Yelling and screaming just awful. All over a wristband which the young lady showed on 2 separate occasions. They also had the sheriff who was way to aggressive with a young lady put them out. They had been there for all of 10 minutes and she didnt give them a refund which is just like stealing from a customer."
"Me and a friend went today and had a great time. Only issue was the strobe lights but other than that, we had a blast! The best part was watching my friend race around like a pro while I fell down like the old lady from the Life Alert commercials every 10 minutes"
