"Terrible, I will never shop in that store again , delivered me the wrong table set no assembly , reorder different table set , and they want to charge another $200 for delivery just a coffe table and end tables, Bad Customer service In Memphis, I had been warned by a relative that there service had changed ,I should’ve taken her advice!!!!! I wish I could give them a Zero !!!!"

"I spent $3200 on an Ashley sectional on 9/3/2022 at the Trussville location. I was sold on the warranty. Jason Greene, the assistant manager and my sales associate, assured me the warranty would take care of any issues and it was good for 5 years. Well, when it sounds to good to be true, it is! The entire frame cracked and is broken. You can't sit comfortably on it. Because of the broken frame, it sits way too low to the ground. When you try to get off the couch, you have to roll out of it like an obstacle course. The warranty company, furniture care protection, sent someone out to look at it and will not fix it. They informed me that since the frame damage is extensive, it is not covered. They only cover small accidental damage, not damage that encompasses the entire couch and occurs over time. Do not waste your money on the garbage furniture and trash warranty! The warranty does not cover anything, no matter what the slimy salesman tells you! Basically the warranty covers ONE small accidental spill or tear, as long as you contact them within 5 days of the spill or tear. A picture of the saggy uncomfortable couch is attached."

"I highly recommend Ian Daffin! He was an amazing help with picking out the right dining room table and such a kind guy! As for the table I had it delivered, it costs a little extra but definitely worth it. They bring everything inside for you and set it up. So all you have to do really is clean up random stray pieces of styrofoam."
