"My wife recently bought a truck from here and the dealership sent her off with a truck with NO BRAKES. We sent it back and they said they fixed it. They didn't. They then had my wife drive from the dealership to the first mechanic they sent it to again with NO BRAKES. The mechanic said he didn't do whole brakes line replacement and had told the dealership this. I don't know what they did for a temporary fix to send us on our way but it didn't work! My wife could have been seriously hurt or even killed. We have had the truck for almost a month and haven't been able to use it. My wife bought it to tow her camper and had planned to use it this weekend. She was so excited and was very nice about asking the dealership for a solution to their malicious mistake but they offered no solution and was dismissive. Please avoid them at all costs."

"On August 1st I purchased a GMC truck to tow my camper. I drove it home and before I got home the brakes completely went out. I had the truck towed back to Lakes..Rick sent it out to be fixed...I got a call from Rick saying it was fixed and I could pick it up. Again driving home the brakes went out...I went to Lakes and they told me to drive (the truck with no brakes) to mechanic. The mechanic told me that he had told Rick it wasn't fixed...and that the entire brake lines needed replaced. Rick knew that and had me drive the unsafe truck. Rick took it to another mechanic and it has been three weeks....I've never got to use the truck for three weeks and whenever I call anyone I get excuses. Run do not deal with this dealership...I could have been seriously hurt...and they only care about ripping people off."
