Hubler Bedford Service

"Charge for repairs that aren’t completed. The first occurrence happened when I brought a company vehicle in to have the A/C repaired. After a week, the service shop told me it was fixed and my company paid for the service. Later that year as temperatures got hotter, I discovered the A/C was in fact still inoperable. The second occurred when I brought a personal vehicle in for the same issue, and once again, after paying over $1800, the A/C failed to function. The last straw was when my in-laws brought in their vehicle for service, and when they went to pick it up, there was extensive damage to the entire driver side. Multiple body parts had to be replaced, and the entire truck had to be repainted. Bottom line, this service shop is a load of scammers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS."

"SAD, SAD EXPERIENCE!! Service department is the worst service I have ever received no questions asked. Was on a weekend vacation and my car broke. Spoke with TJ on a Friday close to 5pm and then again Monday morning just to do a nice follow up since he knew we were from out of town. He told me he would give me an idea of what was going on by noon. I showed up at service department at noon. TJ was gone to lunch and the other service guy there basically said sorry about you, you spoke to TJ so I can't help you, we haven't even looked at car that I know of, not to mention the way he spoke of TJ and pretty much saying yeah well that's TJ as if this happens all the time (So apparently according to TJ's workmate you can't believe what TJ says) So seems as if even the workers don't respect each other so why would they respect a customer. Needless to say by Wednesday I finally figured them out. They are incompetent as far as service telling me they can fix it but now after all this they tell me they are 6 weeks out, so...needless to say I towed my vehicle from Hubler in Bedford all the way to Ed Martin Cadillac in Anderson because that is a dealership I can get behind, quality customer service based on past experience. Oh and almost forgot, The car was completely dead no battery life when the tow truck picked it up because once again these incompetent workers at Hubler left the ignition turned forward according to the tow company also got my key fob back broke according to my wife, (I haven't seen it yet) it was in great working order before they got their hands on it. So please if at all possible do NOT use Hubler in Bedford. You will regret it based on my experience. SAD, SAD EXPERIENCE!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HUBLER IN BEDFORD!!!"
