"I'm reposting this review because my last one was removed somehow. The new store on E Washington St. Is terrible and I will never return, which really sucks because my son was looking forward to this store opening, there aren't a lot of options when it comes to sports stores on the East side. My 16 yr old son and I came in a few days after they opened and were immediately approached by a female employee who quietly mumbled something to us, I thought she was just saying if we needed anything up high to ask and they'd get it for us so I replied ok, thank you. She proceeded to follow us around the store and when I picked up a hoodie to show my son she came over and told me we couldn't touch the merchandise. What kind of clothing store won't let you touch the merchandise? The lady was very rude and followed us everywhere! I don't know if this is some type of stupid store policy or if we were singled out for some reason but it was absolutely ridiculous and I will tell everyone we know not to go there. I would really like to know if this is store policy or if we were singled out. I will add, I have never been treated this way at any of the other JD stores, employees are usually very kind and helpful."

"Order arrived, shoe box looms like it was drug out the trash bin and re used. But the best part- I ordered size 11, yall sent size 9!!? No live agent available on chat, no one responds to email, over 3 hr on hold via phone and no answers! Wth!?"

"I never even got my shoes I ordered from this location. What a scam! I called the store and they said I had to speak to customer service about it. After being on hold for an hour, I spoke with this person who couldn’t even speak proper English. They said I would get my pair within 4-6 days. Over a week later I have no update or email with my progress. I spend another 1 1/2 today on hold for customer service and no one answered. I tried calling back the store multiple times and no one answered. I don’t know how else to get my shoe or get my money back. How frustrating right around Christmas time. Now I need to spend another $200 to buy this Poor kid something he likes before Christmas."

"Customer service or horrible. Would not let us try on a new release shoe. We could buy it, try it on in the store and get a refund if it didnt fit. How much sense does that make? Went over to Foot Locker and they were more than happy to let us try the shoe on. Will not step foot in JD again."

"Jazz was amazing! She helped us find the shoe and the right size for me. She took the time to help lace up the shoes the way we wanted. Definitely will come back!"
