"I visited the car wash and I paid for the $7.00 car wash and ewww it left my car with water and soap spots as if it never got washed. Total waste of money ."
"This place has taken a turn for the worse. I noticed this past year 2023 it has been extremely dirty, and I bought a piece of pizza, and found a COCKROACH in it!!!!! It was so gross. The floors are sticky, the bathrooms smell, and the surfaces everywhere disgust me. Also this past year if I go past 11 pm, I feel extremely unsafe. Which is weird because last year I felt 100% safe walking in at 2 am pregnant & alone. I’m not sure what happened but this place used to make me happy, & now it makes me depressed. Do not go here."
"I stopped at this Family Express to get gas and use the restroom. It is a shame that in the lovely town of Valparaiso that I felt like I was using the restroom in a third world country. The floors were filthy the toilets look like they hadn't been cleaned in several months. The smell was ghastly. The entire place was filthy. The floors look like they hadn't been mopped in several weeks and my feet stuck to the floor and slipped around as I walked out the door to see nothing but a bunch of cigarette butts on the ground. Very poor management. I will go to Casey's from now on where they take pride in their business"
"By far every time I come here when Kenny stokes is working on night shift this is the cleanest family Express I've ever been in my life kudos to him, he's a great guy and should be running this place"
"Good family express but not nearly as good as the one right off of 130. One woman here who makes the pizzas is an absolute witch and the rudest person I’ve ever seen work a job like this. There are multiple times where I come in and hear her complaining about “overly specific” customer orders, among many other things. She needs to be fired, or at least taught better customer service. Other than her, the customer service is great."
