"Hosted a birthday party here on November 4th. Our party host was fantastic! Overall the entire experience was great. The only negative experience was at the end attempting to trade in tickets. It was not a timely process. Also they do not let you see your ticket balance. I should have counted before we went up but it felt like we were not given the right amount of tickets. I would love to see a method that offers better transparency on this, as it's very disappointing to kids who are trying to keep track and then feel cheated at the end of the day. I do love the new card system as I remember the days of physical tokens and tickets. Also the pizza was really good and definitely has improved over the years."
"I’m a big kid so I love this place. Food is average, but they do have dip n dots so bonus points for that. I take my nephew about once a month. Always get two 90 minutes and pause one card for a good hour so we get well over two hours for $62. Two people can play on one card for the most part as long you don’t do a two player game. If you get there right at open (11am), you’ll have the place to yourself for a good hour."
"Of course, this is a very good place to go to take your kids for a few hours and that kid does not love Chuck E. Cheese and they also all have the new cards! It is actually a very cheap activity, and the pizzas really good honestly!"
