"I got a job stocking store shelves and cleaning the place in 1968, back before they had all of these dumb restrictions on kids working. It was called "ShortStop" back then. Boy has time flown by. Someday I would like to travel back there and walk around inside. I just loved that job."
"Not the greatest convince store in the area they are very overpriced. Also the parking lot looks like a war zone it’s the worst parking lot in porter county by far. They just put in a dollar general next door pretty awesome!!"
"Very friendly staff. Well stocked drinks, common food items to avoid trips to supermarket. Fresh coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. Lottery and tabbaco (cheapest legal prices). Bags of ice and frozen food, ice cream available. Nightcrawlers for local fishing. Short wait if there is a line. Accepts debit/credit but there is a $5 minimum :-( Overall, great convenience store."
