Any delays that we experienced was generally due to disagreements between the shop and my insurance company over OEM and refurbished parts and I was even included in those conversations. My car was pretty bang up and needed some paint work as well as dents removed and Caesar and his staff did exactly that, they brought my 2021 XT6 back to looking brand new. NCH also does a great job with detailing as well. NCH completed my vehicle in a timely manner."
"This place does perfect work. 5 weeks for minor quarter panel damage? And lie. Originally Caesar said 7-10 days, then another week, another week and so on. I would not let them work on a roller skate."
