"This is by far the best experience I have had at a Shake Shack. Every one of the staff members was dedicated to making my experience excellent. The place was packed and we still had our food in under five minutes. The service here is hands down amazing! Thank you!"
"Should have read other reviews first. Food decent but way overpriced for what you get. Burgers are decent but small for the $8+ price point. Fries are bland and taste like what I’d bake at home in my oven. Drinks are almost $4 for a “large.” Best part was the guy working in the dining room who was super friendly and got us refills and even took away our tray."
"We love Shake Shack, but weren't impressed with our visit to the Fishers location. When we arrived, the traffic pattern in the lobby made moving to the register difficult. After we got our food, we had to wait for a table to sit at. Our food was not up to the normal standards we expect from Shake Shack with our burgers being extra greasy and undercooked and french fries that tasted like they were microwaved with a thick cardboard-like texture. We expected better being that the Fishers area is so nice, but left wishing we had gone elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same based on this experience."
"The Shake Shack at this location is simply awesome! Now, there is going to be a line when you go in but the line goes down pretty quickly. And, if you get the Cigar City IPA the wait is not going to bother you at all! The burger was on point, the fries were hot and life is good at the Shake Shack."
"Is this the new carryout standard? No thank you..for so many reasons!! This was just an open box at the bottom of my bag. How’s the food supposed to stay warm? Why is the bag just wide open and not sealed at the top to protect my food? At the pick up window they ask if you would like napkins or condiments, if I had said yes, were they just going to throw them on top of my food that wasn’t covered?? If this is the new standard, I will have to pass. Burger was overly sauced and not hot this visit. But normally the burgers are fantastic."
